Within the Group, you will join the HR Operations, Data & Regulatory Team Within this Department, you will be part of the HR Operation team YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: Your work environment: The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Your job and daily missions: Main purpose: You will join the HR Operations team, composed of 7 people. The main missions of this team are to: Ensure quality onboarding Ensure administrative management throughout the life of the employees' contract Liaise with the payroll department and ensure the follow-up of payroll controls Guarantee the quality of HR data in HR tools while carrying out cross-functional processes. Main activities: You will be, in complete autonomy, in charge of the management of a perimeter on the following activities: Preparation and monitoring of the various contractual documents by guaranteeing a first level of application of legal and regulatory provisions Interface with payroll, management of payroll orders via the various tools Monitoring, simplification and permanent improvement of HR reporting Updating HR tools Stakeholder in different processes (Salary Review, Promotion Committee, Teleworking, etc...) Privileged contact for employees and managers on administrative issues and HR tools Building a strong partnership with HRBP of your perimeter Leading the relationship with the provider responsible for the contractualization of Early Careers programs Managing the onboarding for interns and apprentices, by organizing One-to-One meetings, presenting Pléiades (HRIS), leading group sessions in English every 2 to 3 months, and overseeing the early careers community. You have good interpersonal skills and an excellent sense of customer service that will allow you to meet the expectations of the employees at the head office. Team spirit is one of your qualities. You will be autonomous on certain missions that will be entrusted to you and you will be a source of proposals to improve the quality of service. YOUR PROFILE Technical and professional skills: Knowledge of labour law, collective agreement and payroll,Mastery of the Office pack, Written and oral operational English in order to welcome and answer all questions from our international employees, Ease and appetite in the use of HR tools. Interpersonal skills: Responsive and dynamic, Rigorous, Ability to work in a team in person and remotely, Customer Orientation.
