Chargé de développement RH

Description du poste:

Responsabilités et taches :

-Élabore et met en œuvre le plan de formation annuel : recueil des besoins, établissement du budget, rédaction des cahiers des charges au besoin, identification des organismes formateurs, recherche et montage de dossiers de subventions le cas échéant, validation du plan prévisionnel avec la Direction du site, déploiement des formations, suivi administratif et budgétaire ;
-Analyse la pertinence et la qualité des formations et des organismes formateurs au regard des cahiers des charges et des retours de satisfaction interne (de salarié(e)s et managers) ;
-Réalise la campagne de recrutements, le processus d'intégration (y compris l'aspect administratif et SIRH) et le suivi des apprentis et stagiaires en collaboration directe avec les managers ;
-Déploie le plan d'actions sur la Qualité de Vie et les Conditions de Travail (QVCT), l'engagement collaborateur (Gallup) et la reconnaissance du personnel ;
-Réalise des reportings RH (formation, QVCT, matrice de polyvalence…) ;
-Suit la campagne de réalisation des entretiens annuels, entretiens pro, entretiens forfait jours
-Déploie les programmes Groupe en animant des formations/webinars (ex: Leadership Principles) ;
-Participe à la vie du Service RH en fonction des sujets du moment ;

Compétences requises du poste :
- BAC +3/5 en RH ou école de Commerce
- Première expérience souhaitée en alternance et/ou stage longue durée
