Job Description

You join the Calls for Tenders team within the Commercial Engineering Department, composed of 11 people, as a Sales Engineer.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
Take charge of coordinating and drafting responses to specifications for calls for tenders, all themes combined (commercial, financial, marketing, legal, IT, operational).
* Organize and lead kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Build service and financial management offers, in collaboration with the project manager or teams.
* Manage the drafting of written responses and the preparation of oral defenses (presentations, materials, arguments).
* Continuously improve and enrich the response modules and the overall offer of the company.
* Ensure the follow-up of the response process, mobilize cross-functional contributors and guarantee the quality and compliance of deliverables, in compliance with deadlines.
* Capitalize on feedback to optimize future responses.
