Overview FINANCE CONTROLLER - CREATIVE BUSINESS UNIT We are looking for a Medior Finance Controller to join our Creative Finance team in Budapest and support the day-to-day financial operations of a dynamic agency environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid finance experience who is ready to step beyond execution and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end financial processes, working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams. Why this role is exciting 360° insight into creative finance operations (not just one area) Close collaboration with a highly experienced Finance Lead (20+ years) Strong exposure to real business challenges and problem-solving Opportunity to work on audits, system upgrades, and automation projects International environment (local + regional stakeholder exposure) What you'll do Daily problem-solving and financial support for business teams Act as a finance partner for client service teams Support billing, supplier, and payment-related issues Participate in monthly closing, quarterly forecasts, yearly budgeting Deliver ad hoc reports for local and regional management Who you'll work with Creative, account, and production teams (local & international colleagues) Shared Service Centre (Re:Sources - Poland) Local finance teams across media and digital units What we're looking for 4-5 years of finance experience (ideally in complex environment) Advanced Excel knowledge Strong English (written & spoken) Experience with SAP or Altair are considered as an advantage Strong financial & analytical mindset Problem solver with ownership mentality Reliable, collaborative, adaptable What you'll gain Real end-to-end understanding of finance in a creative agency Hands-on experience across multiple finance processes Exposure to transformation projects (automation, system changes, audits) Long-term growth into broader controller / business partner role Additional information Why should you join Publicis Groupe?
