About the Role
The Associated Specialist (Configuration Management) is the Change Process expert, ensuring requirements of the process are met. This means ensuring the content of the Change Request is clear, concise and valid while meeting process requirements. The Specialist will work cross-functionally with all change team members to drive effective communication, resolve process issues, ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Do
* Operating Configuration System and Air Traffic Control Partnering with Business for First-Time Right.
* Work effectively with all functional areas to enable a successful change.
* Support resolve complex change issues with Analyst.
* Support educate team members of Change Process requirements.
* Ensure Full Track and Fast Track requirements are met.
* Ensure requirements with Evaluators and Decision Holders are complete.
* Support to schedule and lead Change Evaluation Meeting.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in operation / engineering / quality / procurement discipline.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptionally self-motivated and directed while ability to work in teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and effectively influence team members and associates to adopt new ways of working in a virtual global environment.
* Strong Problem solving/ root cause analysis skills.
* Risk-based thinking knowledge.
* Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Result Driven Mindset.
Bonus Points if You Have
* Experience in an operation / engineering / quality / procurement role.
* Experience in Team Center PLM Software.
* Knowledge and application of continuous improvement philosophies.
