Team Manager O4 MIS

Purpose of the Role:
The primary responsibility of a TM is to ensure that the team they lead meets client expectations at the highest professional and quality standards, operating in a predictable and transparent manner. As a people manager, they are responsible for planning and organizing the team's work, monitoring performance, motivating and developing employees, ensuring compliance with internal corporate and legal regulations, and considering economic aspects.

Mission:

To strengthen client trust and satisfaction through the team's predictable, transparent, and continuously improving operations, where sustainable team performance and results stem from conscious leadership.
You'll make an impact by:
* Continuous development of the team's performance and capabilities at both individual and group levels, in alignment with the competencies required by the client (including future needs not yet formally requested), and the design and execution of a corresponding team strategy
* Ensuring the well-being and individual development of team members in line with the team strategy
* Building, maintaining, and further developing a strong atmosphere of trust and partnership with clients
* Promoting the team, proactively communicating its successes, and highlighting value-creating activities and results for the client
* Achieving the team's theoretical performance potential by creating a work environment and operations where each team member can deliver their maximum
* Handling administrative tasks related to the team's daily operations
* Aligning team operations and actively contributing to the achievement of higher-level organizational goals
* Effective participation in higher-level (e.g., company or business unit) workgroups and ensuring two-way communication with the relevant organizational units
