You'll make an impact by:
* Coordinating evosoft's external and internal communications and brand presence
* Organizing professional and leisure events and managing their full execution
* Creating the content for informational and image videos, organizing video shoots, and occasionally appearing in them
* Managing evosoft's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Writing articles and stories about news and interesting updates happening at evosoft
* Planning where and how evosoft should appear, including selecting the appropriate promotional gifts
* Collaborating with higher education institutions across the country
* Acting as an active advocate: working with professional organizations to introduce young people, beginners, and students to opportunities in engineering and technical fields - as well as the work done at evosoft

Your success is grounded in:
* Understanding how AI tools work and using them confidently in your daily tasks
* Having an interest in technical fields (a technical degree is not required)
* Enjoying writing and having received positive feedback on your texts
* Communicating confidently in at least one foreign language (English and/or German)
* Being open, communicative, and even extroverted
* Taking your work seriously and acting responsibly
* Planning for the long term

* Confidence in working with higher education partners and interest in promoting engineering careers to young people
