About this Position

Support Supply Chain initiatives by bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and transformation capabilities to the team. The role offers end-to-end exposure across multiple Supply Chain functions while contributing to business improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused initiatives.

What you´ll do

* The role provides hands-on exposure to multiple Supply Chain functions, strategic transformation programs, digital initiatives, and cross-functional projects while working closely with business leaders
* Work across multiple Supply Chain functions to gain end-to-end business exposure while supporting functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance Supply Chain performance and customer experience.
* Learn and leverage ERP systems, reporting tools, and Supply Chain analytics to support data-driven decision-making and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
* Support strategic transformation initiatives, process standardization, and digitalization projects across the Supply Chain organization.
* Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and business reports for leadership reviews.
* Participate in problem-solving workshops, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to deliver measurable business outcomes

What makes you a good fit

* MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School such as IIT Delhi, SP Jain, or an equivalent top-tier institute.
Specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or Business Management preferred.
* 0-1 year of experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exposure to ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
* Strong learning agility, ownership mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Customer-centric approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
