About the role

As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you will work on the production floor in a regulated, process-driven environment, supporting daily manufacturing schedules while following strict quality and safety standards.

This role is a fixed term summer position with final working dates as 31st of August 2026.

This role suits someone who is:
* Comfortable with hands-on, routine production work
* Reliable, detail-focused and safety-conscious
* Happy working to defined procedures and schedules

What you'll do

* Operate production and/or test equipment
* Follow GMP, safety rules and standard operating procedures
* Meet daily production targets with guidance from your Supervisor
* Record production data accurately using approved systems
* Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
* Support training of new team members when needed
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for

* Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills
* A positive, flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
* Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device, pharma, food, automotive) is beneficial.
