Assistant Recruitment Manager

We require an Assistant Recruitment Manager to work with our Irish consultancy business unit. This role will work with key infrastructure projects across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have exposure to water, energy and transportation projects.
You'll be responsible for:
* Sourcing talent to meet business needs.
* Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
* Using diverse sourcing channels effectively.
* Screening candidates for internal and external review.
* Providing clear, constructive candidate feedback.
* Partnering with recruitment leadership and hiring managers throughout the process.
* Ensuring compliance and accurate TA systems.
You'll need to have:
* Proven recruitment and sourcing experience.
* Strong ATS and TA systems capability.
* Excellent communication and data management skills.
* Sector knowledge with established candidate network an added advantage plus not an exclusionary factor.
