Your role & impact:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance

* Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture

* Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities

* Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires

* Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability

* Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines

* Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment

* Take ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs

* Step in for the Store Manager when required

What we are looking for in you:

* Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager

* Strong team leadership and coaching skills

* Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance

* Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of MS Office

* English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
