Qualifications:

The Level 2 Agent must have strong Aftersales automotive and technical diagnosis experience.
Technical skills :
* Practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of diagbox/Witech (Diagnostic Tool) usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams.
* Must have at least one specific knowledge on (to be able to integrate s specific team of Level 2) : Chassis and Body and telematic, multiplexage, Over Air update
* Low emission vehicle (LEV, PHEV…)
* Gasoline/Diesel Engine and Gearbox
* Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally.
Behavioural Skills :
* Sensitive to customer service and costs.
* Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
* An educator, good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills.
* Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities.
