Within the Operations area, we are seeking a Addetto/A Programmazione for our office in Tessera (VE).

Mission:

Ensure availability of needed resources to be compliant with production targets

Activities:

Plan Work orders, verifying their feasibility in terms of stocks coverage
Verify/support a correct usage of production material by departments
Monitor relevant operational progresses, including cost evaluation and optimization to be compliant with saving targets
Verify the feasibility of the activities related to the production cycle for Business' orders

Requirements:
* Required High School Diploma with 2 years of experience or Bachelor degree with no experience minimum
* Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)
* Ability to work in a team
* knowledge of SAP (not mandatory)
* knowledge of cost evaluation (not mandatory)
* Proactivity
* Problem solving oriented

Is necessary to be able to work on shift

How does the selection process work?
Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.
Selected candidates will take part in an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the relevant Business function.
At the end of the process, all candidates will receive feedback, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative.
