The Quality Development Engineer is responsible for overseeing new product quality risks and leading quality validation gates throughout the product development lifecycle. This role involves performing risk analysis, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and establishing quality standards for new products.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates. Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering). Experience in creating technical documentation, such as Acceptance Books. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
