We are looking for a: Commercial Management Officer - Contract Acquisition

Responsabilities:
The Junior Commercial Management Officer - Contract Acquisition supports the acquisition of new aerospace contracts by assisting in bid and proposal activities and providing operational and analytical support throughout the tender process.
The role contributes to the preparation of compliant and competitive offers and supports commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives, contractual requirements, and risk guidelines.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and customer offers (RFPs/RFQs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and internal requirements;
* Support the development of commercial proposals, including terms and conditions, assumptions, and exclusions;
* Prepare basic financial and commercial analyses to evaluate contractual risks;
* Collect and consolidate inputs from Technical, Engineering, Program Management, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support proposal development;
* Contribute to the review of Statements of Work (SoW), technical specifications, and customer requirements to ensure alignment with commercial terms and conditions;
* Draft and update commercial documentation and tender deliverables;
* Support negotiations on the contractual and commercial terms and conditions;
* Assist in identifying contractual and commercial risks and tracking mitigation actions;
* Manage requests for information (RFIs), clarifications, and communications with customers during tender phases related to the commercial terms;
* Contribute to maintain bid registers, capture plans, and reporting tools;
* Support compliance with internal procedures and aerospace regulations (e.g., contractual governance, export control, and customer-specific requirements);
* Ensure proper documentation and handover of awarded contracts to Contract Management and Operations teams;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid and contract acquisition processes and tools.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* Good analytical and numerical skills;
* Basic knowledge of the defence market;
* Commercial/Legal background is an asset.
Computer Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
* Experience with AI-powered software tools and prompt engineering techniques.
