Job description

Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.
You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master's program (online or on campus).

What you will do
* Engage with international students
* Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them
* Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader
What we offer
* Base salary: EUR18.452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to EUR45K)
* Full-time fixed-term contract for an initial 6 months
* Working hours: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
* Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period

Salary range: EUR18.452,85 - EUR45,000.00 per year

Requirements

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English and Italian languages
- No specific experience required
- Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a plus
- Empathy, discipline, and positive attitude are required
- Candidates must be residents in Rome
