Digital Data Manager

Position Purpose:

The position ensure data integrity across the full digital ecosystem, acting as an enabler for our marketing activities and ensuring compliance with legal guidance. As the Data Manager you will be responsible for adapting the global data model into the local data model, continuously monitoring and optimizing existing infrastructure and tools. Beyond data management, you will bring business analytics to life, providing insightful digital performance dashboards and proposals to help steer strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

As the Digital Data Manager, you will be responsible for:

* DATA INTEGRITY: Collaborate in the implementation of RRP digital consumer data strategy by defining and translating brand requirements into digital & CRM data objectives and activities. Provide business and technical understanding to bridge the gap for translating requirements into impactful digital solutions. Manage consumer marketing consent management, including compliance with legal guidance and ensuring accurate consumer segmentation as well as support the data security.

* DATA QUALITY: Oversee the creation, tracking, and quality assurance of feature tickets developed by globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage consumer domains whilst ensuring data quality, governance, classification, protection, and use. Initiate any remedial actions as well as Get and Stay Clean global objectives.

* FOSTERING COLLABORATION: Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring our platforms, structures and data governance are robust, then turning the data they hold into actionable reports, dashboards and insights.

Requirements:

* University degree in Business Economics, Business Administration or similar;

* Min. 2 years of experience in data management, governance and consumer journey mapping

* Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, along with proficiency in stakeholder management

* Proven skills in data analysis and conversion optimization and project management,

* Technical skills: SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence

* Fluent English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Italian is an adventage.
