About the role

At Reckitt, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive RAS Assistant to support the RAS Director playing a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and driving operational excellence. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support strategic initiatives, key communication and engagement activities, and ensure the seamless execution of projects, events and administrative processes.

This role requires exceptional planning, stakeholder management and execution skills, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both business performance and employee experience.

Your responsibilities

* Act as the primary support to the RAS Director across the EUANZ geography, providing high-level organizational, administrative and communication support to ensure effective execution of functional priorities and strategic initiatives.
* Drive and monitor regional People & Capabilities initiatives, leading communication activities and tracking progress against key functional objectives and milestones.
* Lead the planning and execution of departmental events, leadership meetings and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the RAS people strategy and business goals.
* Coordinate and monitor complex cross-regional projects, managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.
* Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards and complex spreadsheets to support leadership decision-making and business planning.
* Manage leadership calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and governance activities, including agenda preparation, pre-read coordination, minute taking, action tracking and record maintenance.
* Oversee departmental operations and administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders, supplier and invoice management, expense reporting, and maintenance of internal tools, systems and process efficiencies.

The experience we're looking for

* High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
* Significant experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Event Planner, preferably within a multinational, fast-paced environment (e.g. FMCG, retail, fashion, sports or similar industries), supporting senior leadership.
* Advanced proficiency in MSOffice 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality presentations, reports and business documentation.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken; international study or work experience is considered a strong advantage.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Highly organized and proactive, demonstrating ownership, autonomy, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with resilience and attention to detail.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, energetic mindset and willingness to travel occasionally and accommodate business needs outside standard working hours to support key events and leadership activities.

In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 on pay transparency, this job offer provides for employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) "Chemical Industry and Chemical-Pharmaceutical", which governs the applicable classification and remuneration framework.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges between EUR37.700 and EUR57.000. This range is determined in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including qualifications, professional experience, competencies, and responsibilities associated with the role. The definition and application of these criteria are carried out in accordance with the company's internal remuneration policies and are subject to review and validation by the competent HR function.
