Context and Purpose of the job
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support the team in managing the social media presence for Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and A|X Armani Exchange brands.
The position will report directly to the Head of Social Media and will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Provide support for the development of the editorial calendar and participation in the content planning and overall strategy
* Coordinate with different stakeholders within the company for assets and digital initiatives
* Manage the Social Media calendar (focusing on: Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok)
* Good knowledge of the APAC channels (Line, WeChat, Kakaotalk, Weibo, Douyin, Red)
* Provide support with copy for social media posts
* Support the VIP Office in the selection of celebrity images for social media
* Liaise with regional teams for content sharing and approval of local social media calendars
* Support with the creation of social media assets
* Support in reporting on social media performance
* Enter and monitor orders in SAP and manage the related internal invoice systemRequirements
* 1-2 years of previous digital experience with focus in Social Media management, coming from media agency or global organizations
* Master's Degree
* Proven knowledge and understanding of the digital environment and the different social media platforms
* Knowledge of the luxury brands and current trends
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in both Italian and English
* Good knowledge of photo editing tools and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro)
* Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities
* Precision and attention to detail
