Functions We are currently looking for an experienced assistant store manager to run our new European flagship store , in Milan, in Liberty square. Overview of Role: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting in the growth and development of his/her store.He/she will ensure that exceptional levels of customer service are consistently offered to customers in line with the Brand values of quality and professionalism. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting in the ongoing training and development of his/her team and ensuring that the set Key Performance Indicators are met in the areas of Sales, Staff Costs to Sales, Shrinkage, Customer Service Mystery Shops and Employee Retention under the direction and guidance of the Store Manager. This role will also require full management and accountability of the store in the manager's absence. Key Job Functions: *To drive sales in order to meet budgeted targets *To assist in the recruitment, leadership, training and development as well as motivation of the team *To ensure that all policies and procedures regarding HR and Operations are followed *To ensure the Visual Standards are in line with the guidelines set from Head Office *To have a commercial approach, with a thorough awareness of the Branded High Street Market and local competitor activity *To ensure the optimum product mix is offered through regular and detailed trade analysis
