Type of Contract: Permanent

Objetivo:

Gestionar y ejecutar eficientemente el proceso end-to-end de pagos a proveedores nacionales e internacionales, incluyendo la preparación y validación de propuestas de pago en SAP, el seguimiento de confirmings y la atención a proveedores y stakeholders internos, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas de vencimiento, políticas internas, controles financieros y SLAs establecidos, garantizando la correcta aplicación contable y la integridad de la información financiera de la organización.

Actividades:

* Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al proceso end-to-end de pagos a proveedores nacionales e internacionales.

* Preparar, validar y ejecutar propuestas de pago en SAP conforme a políticas internas y fechas de vencimiento.

* Gestionar procesos de confirming y dar seguimiento a la comunicación con bancos y pagos confirmados.

* Analizar saldos abiertos y realizar conciliaciones, brindando soporte a proveedores y áreas internas.

Requisitos

* Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín

* Inglés intermedio-avanzado

* Conocimiento en finanzas, contabilidad y procesos de cuentas por pagar

* Experiencia en aplicación y ejecución de pagos

* Manejo de Excel y SAP

* Habilidad para análisis de saldos abiertos y conciliaciones

* Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Accounts Payable o funciones contables similares
