The Opportunity
Your Impact
The Business Analyst, SC Modeling role will provide analytic and modeling support across Inventory Optimization, DPP, Demand Modeling and Network Optimization. Will support performance reporting, developing and creation of automatic processes and dashboards to deliver team projects, functioning as the SME for Data Analytics within Modeling.
Responsibilities
* Support Analytics/Visualization
* Update Inventory and Supply dashboards weekly
* Implement enhancements on current tools utilized to calculate optimal levels
* Perform data consistency checks on SAP Modules
* Create, share & respond to weekly Inventory levels to Review report
* Designd different optimization scenarios for product/locations
* Reporting of missing master data for all NA product/locations
* Reporting of Changes in Forecast increase/decrease
* Provide Full detailed explanation on Inventory Results and give recommendations on parameter set
* Lead IO with BY
* Manage SKUs segmentation and lead inventory policies for each segment
* Identify and manage Inventory in Excess / stockouts on the network, leading action plans for improvements considering costs.
* Run deep dives and what-if scenarios simulations for inventory management.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering
* Fluent knowledge and use of MS EXCEL, Powerpoint, Word, and Business Intelligence
* Knowledge of SAP IBP, SQL, Python and Power BI tools preferred
* 1-2 years of planning / Inventory management experience, E2E SC Knowledge
* Knowledge of Automation Tools and creating connections
* Ability to navigate complex datasets
* Flexible, ability to model "what if" scenarios with business acumen
* Effective team player
