A Day in the Life
As our Purchase to Pay Manager based in Mexico City, you will lead a team of 10 professionals, overseeing the accounts payable function for multiple countries in the LATAM region, including Argentina, Colombia, and Panama. You will be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while driving our transformation agenda.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Lead and Develop: Guide and develop your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement while managing a high volume of transactions (around 280,000 invoices annually across 17 legal entities).
* Strategic Oversight: Ensure the smooth coordination of all purchase-to-pay activities, leveraging your expertise in accounting principles and SAP to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across different countries, using your strong negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements, developing dashboards and KPIs to track service performance and drive efficiency.

We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader with a strategic mindset and a talent for managing people and complex processes. You are a great fit if you have:
* A strong background in Finance or a related field, with proven expertise in accounting and the purchase-to-pay process.
* Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams within a multicultural, multi-country environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* A forward-thinking approach, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
* Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
