Job Description:

The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data, configurations, and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
* Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.
* Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.
* Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase, including data migration, system transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
* Identify, propose, and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition.
* Structured and documentation-oriented working style.

Qualifications:

Education
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent (master's degree/diploma preferred), or comparable professional experience.
Experience and Knowledge
* At least two years of experience in Project Management.
* Experience with data migration and system cutovers.
* Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
* Interest in digital innovation, automation, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Power BI, Azure DevOps).
* Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation and AI-driven tools is a plus.
Personality and Working Practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Structured and documentation-oriented working style.
Language
* English required; German is a plus.
