Work Schedule: Full-time
Modality: Onsite.

Join us and help drive innovation. We are currently seeking a CAPEX Planning & Control Analyst to join our team in Aguascalientes.

A Day in the Life of This Role:
* Coordinate medium- and long-term investment planning (3, 5, and 10 years) across Nissan Regional functional areas.
* Manage the annual CAPEX budget to ensure optimal and timely utilization through effective cash flow management.
* Evaluate cost-reduction investment initiatives using financial analysis tools such as NPV, ROI, and Payback.
* Monitor project execution and timelines using Gantt charts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Develop project structures and detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) in SAP.
* Manage CAPEX budget assignments and budget adjustments within SAP.
* Lead CAPEX vs. OPEX discussions to determine appropriate resource allocation.
* Generate CAPEX payment reports by function and entity in SAP and support variance analyses.
* Validate budgets, review business justification documents, approve purchase requests, and follow up on approvals for PO creation through Zycus.
* Prepare executive-level presentations on investment progress and project status for various departments.
* Participate in cross-functional activities to achieve objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Conduct on-site reviews to verify investment progress against payment milestones.
* Ensure proper project adoption, payment tracking, and asset capitalization processes.
* Support CAPEX control through physical monitoring, document integration, and accounting record reviews to ensure accurate registration and capitalization.
* Maintain effective communication with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams.
Who We Are Looking For:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Experience in CAPEX budget planning, control, and investment management.
* Advanced Excel skills, including macros and programming.
* Intermediate to advanced SAP PRD module knowledge.
* Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
* Power BI proficiency.
* Strong financial and numerical analysis capabilities.
Preferred:
* Experience managing investment projects and capital expenditures.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Experience preparing executive presentations and reports.
* Availability to travel occasionally.
