About this Position
The Social Content Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our social media activities, from running social listening reports to ensuring full compliance with FTC and legal guidelines. You will serve as a liaison between our social media agencies and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of social activations.
What you´ll do
* Assist in the planning and execution of social media and influencer activations across all major platforms, including daily coordination with social media agencies.
* Provide support for campaign launches by coordinating with various internal teams, including Legal and R&D, to ensure all materials are approved and deadlines are met, helping maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing across all channels.
* Familiarity with main social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube. o Facilitate all social media giveaway official rules with cross functional partners including Brand Marketing, Social Agencies, Legal and Digital.
* Social Listening & Reporting, run routine social listening reports to monitor brand mentions, track keywords, and analyze customer sentiment and industry trends.
* Actively monitor social channels to identify cultural trends, emerging topics, and consumer feedback/sentiment, collaborate with the internal business services team managing reactive social media community management across select brands to implement learnings and content optimizations.
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a social media-focused role, in either a corporate, small business or agency setting.
* Familiarity with social listening and influencer tools (e.g., YouScan, Sprout Social, Creator IQ) and social media management platforms.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
