About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Services team, which manages a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the Americas - including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Finance, Digitalization, Tool Implementations, and Service Transformations.

Key Responsibilities

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including work packages, milestones, and quality gates to monitor progress effectively.
* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
* Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, applying appropriate risk and change management processes.
* Ensure project documentation, reports, and deliverables comply with Siemens' quality standards and governance requirements.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
* Identify new business opportunities based on customer needs and ongoing project interactions
