As a Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager, under the general supervision of the Director of Client Development, you will lead the retail focus of client development activities across the zone. Primary roles include the development, implementation and support of all client development tools, including ICON and Salesforce. A strong coaching and retail leadership background will deliver clear, actionable guidance on productivity, sales, and client development results across all levels of the organization, refining team selling behaviors - client recruitment, retention, and elevation - to drive zone-wide client development and top-line sales results.
Team Coaching / Training * Lead invention of programs and structures that ensure core CD mindset and skillset in store team * Drive CD competencies across all levels of retail (coaching, recruiting, resources i.e. ICON, onboarding, etc.) * Build training programs that specifically target strengths and opportunities in ensuring CD a part of daily store business culture * Facilitate all "Train the Trainer" sessions for new programs for and Regional Teams * Ensure all CD related trainings are executed on an ongoing basis (as needed) and all appropriate populations reached * Continuously update and enhance training materials and methodology as needed * Collaborate with Retail Learning field coaches on opportunities to re-inforce CD message to store teams * Regular communication with RCD on region specific training opportunities Appointment Culture * Set expectations with CD team for client outreach and engagement (including appointments) and motivate stores to achieve them * Collect and share best practices and success stories across all programs * Ensure store managers are the leaders in driving the appointment culture in the stores * Leverage reporting to drive % of sales and RR to meet targets Regional Action Support and Program Adoption * Regular, consistent travel to regions and stores * Execute region and store specific plans to level set team skill set identifying key areas of improvements * Create development plans on specific CD challenges incorporating performance and follow up benchmarks with other regions (Canada & South America). * Create detailed weekly performance appointment report allowing for customized support follow up * Be voice of the stores in development of key programs and resources * Collaborate with CR manager on programs under development to ensure maximum potential for success * Develop monthly / quarterly plan on all major CD initiatives with adoption status and next steps
