Are you passionate about cutting edge AI technologies? Are you someone who is deeply interested in customer experience? Do you get excited about the impact that AI could have on customer experience across our M365 Product Suite?

If yes, the M365 Experiences team is just the place for you. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who would drive next generation innovation across our M365 canvases. This position will bring in a balanced set of incubation, design, growth engineering, data informed decision making, customer focus, partner engagement, and execution skills. The position requires you to work with product leaders and architects across the company, has executive exposure, and unlimited opportunities for growth and impact. An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

Collaborate: Build and grow the capabilities and impact to customers that your product delivers. Strive to understand the motivations and goals of the teams we're working with and work towards a better solution together. 

Innovate: Care deeply about your product and bring the most relevant insights to our customers. Be excited about growing experiences that will be delivered collaboratively across M365 Core and beyond. Drive technology innovations and optimizations for achieving product growth both in terms of features and engaged users.

Guide: Define the business goals for the team, then create and execute a plan to meet those goals.

Coach: Work with the managers and ICs on the team to help them to do their best work and have the clarity and energy they need to be successful.

Profil requis du candidat:

Ideal candidate will
* Have passion for the Customer Focus and the cross-team collaboration it takes to delight our customers
* Have demonstrated success in building vision and roadmap for complex areas
* Quickly establish a strong network of partnerships across the company
* Learn quickly with a growth mindset
* Be a practice leader, and experienced Product Manager able to coach and grow a Product Management team
* Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience
* Senior level experience shipping products in a tech company
