Lead the operational excellence and digital transformation of Coty's global fragrance procurement function, focusing on day-to-day execution, innovation enablement, and data-driven decision-making. Support the Senior Buyer and Sr Manager in delivering the overall fragrance and fragrance ingredients strategy, while spearheading strategic projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resilience..

A. Category Operations & Digitalization

* Oversee daily sourcing activities for fragrance (oils, aroma chemicals) ensuring flawless execution.

* Drive digitalization initiatives, including procurement automation and advanced analytics for cost modeling and forecasting.

* Implement data governance standards and maintain accurate procurement dashboards for performance tracking.

B. Innovation & Strategic Projects

* Collaborate with R&D and olfactive teams to enable innovation launches through timely ingredient availability and exclusivity agreements.

* Lead assigned strategic projects (e.g., sustainability programs, supplier innovation platforms, risk mitigation frameworks).

* Identify and pilot new technologies to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

C. Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

* Maintain strong operational relationships with fragrance houses and ingredient suppliers, ensuring compliance and service-level adherence.

* Support SRM activities, including performance reviews and joint business planning.

* Act as a liaison between procurement, planning, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth change-control processes.

D. Value Delivery & Compliance

* Monitor and report on savings, cash improvement, and risk mitigation actions.

* Ensure adherence to Coty's sustainability, traceability, and compliance requirements across all procurement activities.

* Contribute insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

Profile:

* Experience: preferred 2-3+ years work experience.

* Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in digital tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Agent Development), vibe coding knowhow (IDE - mainly VS) is an advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

* Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and suppliers.

* Passion for innovation, sustainability, operational excellence and AI.
