As Global Process Owner - Direct & Upstream Procurement, you will be part of our recently established Global Business Process Excellence organization. This team is at the heart of our transformation journey and is setting the standards for how we design, improve and scale processes globally.

What you will be part of

* Building a Global Business Process Excellence organization from the ground up
* Challenging existing ways of working and driving meaningful change
* Applying AI, data, and digital innovation to procurement
* Working in a collaborative, people-first environment

Your role & impact

* Own and shape global Direct & Upstream Procurement processes end-to-end
* Define and govern global process and data standards
* Drive continuous improvement and measurable performance gains
* Identify and embed AI, automation, and analytics into procurement processes
* Act as the link between global design and local execution
* Collaborate closely with Procurement, IT, Data and regional teams worldwide

Your domain & tools

* Direct Procurement: SAP S/4HANA
* Upstream Procurement: Ariba Sourcing & Contracting
* Contract Management: Icertis (authoring & repository)
* Supplier Management: Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

What you bring

* Senior-level experience driving procurement related business process excellence or transformation across regions, engaging senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
* Strong knowledge of Direct & Upstream Procurement
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and upstream procurement platforms
* A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for AI-driven innovation
* Ability to influence and connect across a global organization
