Job title: Junior (sports) partnership liaison (expert)
Location: Maastricht, the Netherlands
In this role, you provide essential project, communication, and event support to the Group Communications Partnership & Innovation Manager for dsm-firmenich's sports partnerships. You bridge internal teams, external partners, and product development experts to ensure seamless activation and strong stakeholder engagement. Designed as a launchpad for early-career professionals, this role gives you the opportunity to accelerate your growth, broaden your cross-functional exposure, and build a strong network across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
* Support partnership projects, assist in the execution and coordination of partnership-related projects, ensuring smooth activation across campaigns and initiatives
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, act as a day-to-day liaison between internal teams, external partners, sports organizations, and product development experts to maintain clear information flow
* Develop & deliver communication materials, support the creation, refinement, and timely delivery of communication assets for global partnership campaigns
* Support events & activations, contribute to event planning and provide on-site support to ensure successful activation and stakeholder engagement
* Monitor & rreport on campaign progress, track activation outcomes, monitor media coverage, and prepare updates for internal teams and senior leadership
* Maintain documentation & project timelines, handle administrative tasks including documentation, timeline tracking, and preparation of reports and progress summaries

You bring
* Master's Degree in Nutrition & Health or a closely related field
* Experience in communications functions is preferred
* Fluency in English, strong written and spoken communication skills
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
* An approach which demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and openness to a dynamic work environment
* Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and execute tasks accurately
