YOUR MISSION

For our PUMA store in Lelystad, we are looking for a talented Store Manager (9 month contract), who wants to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives:
* Make PUMA the fastest sports brand in the world through strategic management and promotion of the sales culture.
* Hire, manage, and train a team aimed at achieving results, ensuring that training programs are carried out.
* Ensure the store meets sales and KPI objectives through medium- to long-term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service.
* Guarantee high standards of customer service following PUMA brand values.
* Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate and provide constant feedback to the Area Manager.
* Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing goods.
* Achieve or exceed inventory and stock targets; manage the physical inventory count following Loss Prevention rules Ensure that all VM rules are followed and meet or exceed PUMA standards.
* Communicate, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and events within the budget in accordance with company procedures.

YOUR TALENT

* 2-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably Clothing and Footwear) with measurable objectives.
* Passion for the PUMA brand.
* Interest in the commercial and financial world.
* Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality.
* Goal oriented.
* Ability to present information to large groups.
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in main PC programs: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
