Field Account manager
Location Hoofddorp, Netherlands

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Account Manager to join our Sales team at Sony. In this role you will be responsible for delivering business results in line with the account strategy, focusing on the instore sales and offline promotion of Sony products at allocated de-centrally buying clients. You will be instrumental in optimizing relationships on shopfront, motivate and train store staff and drive sell-out within a multi-channel retail environment. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sell-out by motivating store staff.

You will:
* Customer Visits: Plan and conduct customer visits based on key opportunities, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach.
* Sales and Profit Targets: Achieve set sales and profit targets while considering standards and values. Increase Sony's In House Share among allocated customers.
* Account Management: Effectively manage accounts in a multi-channel retail environment. Maintain and extend the customer portfolio through the development of strong relationships.
* Product Management: Achieve set ranging and stock level targets for the allocated product categories. Liaise with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales Management, etc.) to bridge communication between Sony and the customer for these product categories.
* Promotional and Communication Planning: Ensure a comprehensive promotional and communication plan is in place for each promotional or launch period.

You will bring:
* Proven commercial experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry is a plus.
* Experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge of e-commerce marketing and sales.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying key opportunities based on raw data and translating them into actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentations.
* Higher education, preferably with a commercial background.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Open mindset towards change, embracing and initiating continuous improvement.
* Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve targets and deliver business results.

Your new office

Hoofddorp
Our office is located close to Schiphol Airport and Hoofddorp station in Park20|20. It's a 5 min walk from the train station, it has parking space with charging facilities underneath as well as a bike shed. Our office is one floor, equipped with all modern workplace necessities. A PS5, Ping pong table and dartboard are available for your moments of connecting and fun and in our coffee corner, alternatively you go for a walk in the park!
