Description du poste:

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales agenda and is chiefly responsible for (but not limited to) extracting information and data from our sales reporting systems and supporting KAMs with sales-related activities. The individual will be responsible for creating reports by channels, categories and customers, as well as maintaining the customer database.
Responsibilities

* Assist with data collection and preparation for Sales-related activities, including historical data by channel and customer.
* Support Sales activities by collecting, validating, and organizing customer account information required for operational processes.
* Support KAMs by updating and validating basic customer information (e.g. contact details, segmentation attributes, channel and size), following defined procedures and approvals.
* Perform basic data checks and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information before submission or processing.
* Support analysis and resolution of customer invoice-related issues by gathering data and supporting root-cause identification.
* Maintain organized repositories and documentation to ensure data availability and traceability.
* Follow defined Master Data governance, controls, and SLAs, escalating issues or exceptions when identified.
* Build positive and collaborative working relationships with team members, supervisors, and key stakeholders.
* Demonstrate a strong service mindset, ensuring timely and accurate support to Sales and operational teams.
* Actively share learnings, ask questions, and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
* Support senior analysts and team leads initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Economics or similar
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Power Point - high level)
* Ability to pull and work with large data
* Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments
* Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills
* Fluency in English required; any other European language is considered a strong asset but is not essential
