About the job
The GO Ops Compliance & Controls Analyst is a critical role responsible for maintaining strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management across the Global Order to Cash (O2C) function. The role ensures SOX compliance, revenue integrity, SLA adherence, and vendor governance.
As the central owner of key compliance processes, this position safeguards operational reliability, supports regulatory obligations, and provides assurance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & SOX Controls
* Maintain SOX audit evidence and support internal/external audit testing.
* Coordinate walkthroughs, ensure timely remediation of findings, and keep documentation audit ready.
* Manage the Go Forth report and collect input as required.
Governance of Outsourced Operations
* Perform regular SLA sampling and validation of activities handled by external providers.
* Analyze results, identify process gaps, and drive corrective actions.
* Maintain governance scorecards and support SLA compliance reporting.
BComm CSAT Reporting
* Consolidate customer satisfaction results and prepare insight driven dashboards.
* Support teams in creating action plans to improve customer experience.
Invoice Platform - Contract & Service Oversight
* Oversee Invoice platform contract management, including SLAs and governance routines.
* Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with internal and audit requirements.
Receivables Risk Reporting
* Prepare monthly AR risk dashboards highlighting exposure, trends, and aging.
* Collaborate with Finance and Credit on risk mitigation and support quarter end activities.
Legal Collections Management
* Manage the operational relationship with external providers.
* Ensure accurate documentation and monitor key performance indicators.
About You
* Background in Order to Cash, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, or AR Controls
* Solid knowledge of SOX controls, risk frameworks, process documentation, and audit testing.
* Familiarity with compliance workflows, control design, and risk assessment activities.
* Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and advantage in Power BI.
* Experience using ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across Audit, Legal, Finance, and BPO partners.
* Experience collaborating with global teams or shared service centers.
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN 121,600.00 - PLN 162,000.00 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
