Join the dynamic L'Oréal BEST hub in Poland as a SG&A Finance Manager. Following the successful centralization of FP&A activities, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and high-level business partnering.
In this role, you will lead a diverse team of controllers and act as the primary financial interlocutor for European markets. You will balance the dual responsibility of being a people developer and the guardian of our Group BEST processes, ensuring financial performance and process harmony across the region.
Your Mission

1. Leadership & Talent Development
* Team Management: Lead and inspire an international team of Financial Controllers within a multicultural hub.
* Growth: Coach and develop your team's expertise in FP&A, fostering a culture of excellence and preparing them for future leadership roles within L'Oréal.

2. Strategic Business Partnering
* Executive Stakeholding: Act as the key partner for Country CFOs (mid and large markets) and Divisional Financial Directors.
* Performance Driving: Use transversal analysis to identify best practices and leverage performance in all countries
* Process Governance: Ensure local business needs are met while maintaining strict adherence to the Group's BEST standardized processes.

3. Operational Excellence & Innovation
* Cross-Functional Projects: Lead transversal initiatives across Western Europe including strategic group AI enhanced forecasting
* Continuous Improvement: Promote "Lean Finance" mindset to drive constant improvement.

Who You Are
* Experienced Leader: 8 years in Finance/Controlling, including a proven track record of managing teams.
* Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders (CFOs) in a complex, matrix organization.
* Agile & Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Language: Fluency in English is essential.
