Role profile:
The primary objective of this role is to provide Health, Safety and Environment expertise as part of the LSEG corporate Team. Supporting EHS Governance and working with other LSEG functions to deliver EHS Compliance. In-country and sub-regional support working under the Regional EHS Manager. The role will report directly to the LSEG Regional Manager for Environment, Health and Safety.
Responsibilities include:
Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
The primary objective of this role is to provide Health, Safety and Environment expertise as part of the LSEG corporate Team. Supporting EHS Governance and working with all other LSEG divisions and departments to deliver EHS Compliance.
Working under the Regional EHS Manager and within a global team of specialists the successful candidate will provide in-country EHS support and guidance as well as support for wider business activities The successful candidate will:
* Provide HSE technical advice and guidance to LSEG functions supporting delivery of LSEG business
* Develop and maintain relevant procedures within the EHS system to support to support EHS compliance
* Support investigations for any accidents, near misses and resultant programs to reduce injuries and illness
* Monitor and measure EHS assurance activities, including inspections and audits, preparing to contribute to the management of local and regional risk registers.
* Manage and maintain EHS recording and reporting systems
* Preparing, planning and delivering EHS communications.
* Proactively supporting the wider EHS team in the promotion and delivery of the EHS management system globally.
* Collation and analysis of EHS data
* Any other H&S/Environmental duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Higher education (first or second cycle): Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Postgraduate studies: Occupational Health and Safety Management or related field.
Post-secondary school: Occupational Health and Safety Technician 2 years previous experience
Fluent English oral and written
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Have relevant experience an EHS role (preferably Property and Facilities) Understanding of risk assessment and corrective action plans
Be able to work using own initiative
Be capable of understanding and analysing data
Experience in effective communication, both written and oral
Be able to travel to other LSEG locations as require
Keen to develop their career and actively working towards further relevant qualifications
Administrative and data management background
Familiar with the use and set-up of AI tools IT and software systems literate
Experience of PO and invoicing
Working across all LSEG departments, the Regional EHS Manager will oversee and assess
Professional recognition:
Ideally: Member level of a safety professional body

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 108,500 zł - 171,500 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
