In this role, you will:
* Ensure smooth operation of AzureCloud and VMbased tkSE applications hosted by DXC.
Handle Incident and Problem Management, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Support Capacity, Change, and Release Management, including updates and deployments.
Contribute to Backup & Recovery processes with the hosting partner.
Maintain Security & Compliance, including IAM and Vulnerability Management.
Prepare SLA reports and support continuous service improvement.
Advise application owners and participate in regular coordination meetings.

You'll be a great fit if you:
* Have experience managing cloud or VMbased enterprise applications.
Know ITIL basics Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Bring practical skills in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and virtualized environments.
Understand key security areas like IAM, vulnerability handling, and compliance.
Work confidently with hosting partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate clearly in English and thrive in collaborative teams.
Are proactive, analytical, and focused on stable and secure application operations.
