All about the role

For our Shared Services Center in Wroclaw, we are looking for a forward-thinking Quality & Knowledge Specialist. Our Scoober Logistics team is transitioning to an AI-first operations model, and you will be the engine that keeps our digital knowledge base running.
You will support the data management that trains our AI agents and supports our staff. You will act as the crucial "human-in-the-loop," ensuring our AI ecosystems (like NotebookLM) are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively adopted by the operations teams.

What you'll do

* Knowledge & process management: create, update, and manage operational documentation (sops, faqs, guidelines). you will ensure this data is perfectly structured to support our staff and feed our evolving AI knowledge bases (like notebooklm).
* Quality control & continuous improvement: run quality checks on processes, communications, and complex edge-case tickets. You'll investigate anomalies, spot trends, and act as the "human-in-the-loop" to verify both human and AI outputs.
* Training & digital adoption: design learning materials and support the roll-out of new digital tools. You'll help shift our teams from traditional support channels to point-of-need digital assistants and agentic workflows.
* Agile operational support: act as a crucial bridge between HQ strategy and daily operations. You'll take on varied projects to support the fast-scaling Shared Services Center and ensure smooth process standardization across our markets.
* Tech-forward problem solving: troubleshoot knowledge gaps, fix inaccurate source data, and collaborate with operations to keep our digital ecosystems entirely aligned with on-the-ground reality.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills (English required; other EU languages a plus).
* Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, highly structured formats that both humans and AI models can easily process.
* Experience with knowledge bases, SOP writing, or instructional design - with a strong desire to transition these skills into the AI era.
* Analytical mindset: comfortable reviewing edge-case quality tickets and spotting patterns in operational data or AI outputs.
* Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable learning and experimenting with new AI tools and digital adoption platforms.
* Previous experience in contact center operations, quality assurance, or process improvement is a strong plus.
