Job Description

Join our Order Management team within the Health Systems and play a key role in delivering solutions that support healthcare systems across the META region.

What you'll be doing:
* Take ownership of the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries within the Health Systems.
* Keep a close eye on orders across different channels, including returns, giving you full visibility of the order lifecycle
* Ensure all order-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
* Review and pre-screen special and complex orders, making sure exceptions are handled correctly from the start
* Work closely with sales, logistics, planning, production, and transportation teams to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvements

You're the right fit if:
* You have some firsts experience in Supply Chain, especially in Order Management
* You have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher).
* You are good problem solver with strong organizational skills (time and task management).
* You take ownership and communicate effectively with others.
