As a Global Auditor, you are part of Global Audit, a leading-edge audit function recognized in the industry for its innovative approach to complex topics. You'll work along a diverse team of 50+ professionals, bringing different perspectives on our journey to remain best in class. Global Audit provides trusted assurance and relevant insights to HEINEKEN's Executive Team, to strengthen HEINEKEN's governance, internal control and risk management activities, thereby protecting HEINEKEN's reputation, people and assets.

This job is based in Krakow, Poland, and we believe hybrid ways of working bring flexibility to all our colleagues. A combination of working a few days from the office and/or remotely creates the space for more creativity, co-creation, mentoring and learning.
Throughout the year, this role may require business travel of approximately 15-20% of your time across locations all over the globe.

Your daily tasks may include:

* delivering end-to-end audit engagements across different functions, markets, and transformational programmes

* working alongside more experienced colleagues (Senior Auditors & Audit Managers) on complex topics such as key transformation initiatives, culture, digital & technology, and sustainability

* applying strong analytical skills to identify risks and areas for improvement

* providing clear insights that strengthen governance, controls, and behaviours across the organisation, based on a solid understanding of business processes, systems, and data

* supporting the preparation of key deliverables and managing relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. OpCos, Functions)

* participating in initiatives (team innovation projects) aimed at improving Global Audit's ways of working.

You are a good match if you:

* have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, law, political science, psychology, social sciences (including sociology), or a related field

* speak fluent English and one additional language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese would be an advantage)

* are passionate about technology and data

* demonstrate proven learning agility through relevant work experience, research, or academic assignments, with a strong desire for continuous self-development

* have a good understanding of business

* show the ability to influence effectively through storytelling, strong communication, creativity, and innovation

* are familiar with audit methodology and standards, including key auditing principles, risk management, and forensics.
