Job Description

Order Management Specialist - fixed term contract (all genders)

Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:
* Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
* Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and managing delivery orders, return process.
* Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
* Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
* Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You're the right fit if:
* You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
* You have fluent English language (C1 level or higher) and feel comfortable in communication with stakeholders.
* You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
* You are team player with strong communication skills.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Previous experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics is a plus
* Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) would be an advantage

Compensation&Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 71,200 -PLN 94,933. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
