Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks and company strategy.
* Monitor trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance reward and recognition practices.
* Ensure compliance with external regulations (incl. Pay Transparency Directive) and internal policies.
* Lead annual pay review cycles, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with global processes.
* Manage job evaluation processes using Hay/Korn Ferry method.
* Conduct regular salary reviews and market analysis to support pay equity.
* Forecast and manage personnel cost budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
* Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making, automate regular reporting.
* Manage HR data and data governance processes and project to reassure data quality
* Develop tools, training materials, and communication strategies for key stakeholders.
This offer is for you if:
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Experience:
*
* Minimum 5-10 years in HR with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.
* Exposure to broader HR areas (HRBP, CoE, consulting) is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and ideally PowerBI.
* Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).
* Fluent in English; ability to work in an international environment.
* Leadership experience or potential to manage a small team of experts.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
