Place of work: Genpact's office in Wroclaw, Legnicka 48F Street
Mode of work: Hybrid, 3 times per week work from the office, 2 times per week work from home

Responsibilities:
* Performing inspection processes and procedures, and ensuring good health and safety practice,
* Participating in conducting and documenting occupational risk assessments related to the work performed,
* Investigating accidents and complaints, determining if there has been a breach of health and safety law, and assessing exposure factors at workplaces,
* Investigating precautions taken to prevent industrial diseases,
* Keeping up to date with new legislation and health and safety standards,
* Providing training and educational support to employers and new or trainee employees, coordinating periodic training,
* Providing specialist advice and information on health and safety to businesses and organizations, and advising on changes required,
* Writing reports on the results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork,
* Coordinating the organization and participating in quarterly health and safety committees,
* Developing health and safety working programs and policies,
* Preparing data and reports for external institutions such as the Central Statistical Office and ZUS,
* Offering new solutions for new circumstances,
* Perform other tasks of service employees resulting from the provisions of law,

Requirements:
* Relevant experience in the field of Health and Safety,
* Completion of studies enabling performance of the duties of occupational health and safety service- practical knowledge of Polish labor law, health and safety regulations,
* Very good written and spoken English (B2),
* Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint),
* Experience with HS software,
* Excellent communication skills,
* Excellent organizational and time management skills,
