Job Summary

The Business Process Expert (BPE) - Collection supports the Business Process Owner (BPO) in managing, improving and transforming end-to-end collection processes. The role focuses on designing future-state processes, supporting transition from current to future state, and ensuring effective governance, adoption and value realization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the BPO and functions to design end-to-end collection processes aligned with business strategy.
* Assess current-state ("as-is") processes and document future-state ("to-be") designs.
* Facilitate workshops, drive decisions through governance forums and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
* Support readiness for delivery, including change impact assessment, process documentation and training inputs.
* Manage transition phases, including interim operating models, ensuring business continuity and sustainable go-live.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a champion of the process vision.

Requirements
* Experience in complex, global organizations; Consumer Health or FMCG environment preferred.
* Strong analytical and process improvement skills, including experience with process modelling tools and data analysis.
* Understanding of automation and digital process enablement.
* Proven project and change management experience.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix, change-driven environment.
* Fluency in English
