Specialist Customer Service with French

Day-to-day responsibilities

* Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using French language.
* Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, implementing contract changes.
* Preparing customer reporting, account statements, conducting reconciliation.
* Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries.
* Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
* Active assistance in all areas of the team, including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.

Who are we looking for

* Fluent French (min. B2 level) and English and Polish on a very good level. Proficiency in Italian will be a valuable advantage.
* Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
* Customer focus and attention to detail.
* Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
