Description du poste:

We want to make our guests' experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. As a Bellperson, you are the face of our welcome, the first smile our guests see, and the helping hand capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
* Creating First Impressions: Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, assisting them out of their vehicles, and escorting them to the front desk and their rooms.
* Managing Luggage: Handling, transporting, and storing guests' luggage safely and efficiently with the utmost care.
* Sharing Local Insight: Familiarizing guests with their rooms, hotel amenities, and sharing expert local knowledge of nearby attractions and spots of interest.
* Providing Seamless Service: Delivering messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
* Ensuring Discretion: Maintaining complete privacy, confidentiality, and ethical behavior regarding all guest interactions.
* Being a Brand Ambassador: Collaborating closely with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth, premium guest journey.

What we need from you:
* Exceptional Communication: Top-tier customer service skills with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
* Physical Stamina: The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift, push, and pull heavy luggage.
* Reliability: Exceptional punctuality, timekeeping, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Education: A High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within an upscale hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
* Language Skills: Fluent English and local language are essential; any additional languages are a fantastic bonus.
