The purpose of this position is to manage and support a broad range of Human Resources activities within the footwear manufacturing company, contributing to employee engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

Your responsibilities:

* Coordinating onboarding activities.
* Managing international assignments and employee secondments.
* Maintaining employee information in HR Systems
* Issue employment-related declarations.
* Organize and update personnel files.
* Handle employee requests and administrative processes.
* Support employee attendance and HR administration.
* Ensure compliance with HR procedures and documentation standards.
* Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
* Maintain functional organizational charts
* Preparing and updating job descriptions
* Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Your Qualifications:
* Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proficiency in MS Office tools
