We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contract compliance and respective registration within ERP (SAP). You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, such as: the sales team, legal department, order management and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Your mission will be…
* Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
* Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
* Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
* Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations,to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
* Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process
